Chests

This article is for the chest that gives you items. For other chests, see Chests (Disambig).

Chests are rewards containing multiple items. There are many chests in Prodigy Math Game, such as battle chests you derive (obtain) after defeating a monster,(Formerly) or chests you find passively. However, there are "physical" chests you may stumble upon while completing a quest for that area, while you are required to open others to complete quests. Non-members cannot achieve all the rewards for opening all the chests in the area, as member chests are a thing.

Location of Chests[]

Firefly Forest[]

There is a member chest located at Firefly Clearing (also where the Merchant for fireflies is).
In Fisherman's Pond lies a chest you are required to open for the 2nd quest of Firefly Forest. Inside is the Enchanted Stick.
The Old Road has a chest guarded by Caleb Forestmaster.
There is a chest at Firefly Crossing near either some Truckles or Forest Neeks.

Shiverchill Mountains[]

In the Hidden Room (the area north of Furnace Room), you will find a chest. It contains five items which all prove unworthy except for the White Feather. However either an Ice Neek or Rukus guards it.
There is a frozen chest in the Treasure Room. Once the user completes all the quests on Shiverchill Mountains and lights up Bok's 4th and final furnace, that chest will thaw out and you can access it. It contains Mjoln-Ice, which can also be collected from monsters or Conjure Cubes.
In Ruined Steps, there's another chest guarded by 2 Cloakers. However, there is no need to battle the stationary Cloaker, but you'll have dodge the moving one with good timing.
In The Chasm is a chest is guarded by Firia the Chandragon. This is the chest you need to open to obtain the final Power Crystal and ignite Bok's furnace.
There are also two more chests in Shiverchill Mountains. The first one is in Shiverchill Outskirts guarded by Gerome of the North. The second remains hidden.

Skywatch[]

If you click the beanstalk at spawn (Upper Bean-o-vator) you will be taken to the lower floor. There you will find a chest along with Mary Moss.
There is a standard chest in Gardener's Hut: Exterior.
There are 2 other chests each in Cloudy Pass and Breezy Pass.

Bonfire Spire[]

Go to the left up the stairs from spawn (Volcano Village). There's a Non-Member chest.
There's a green chest in Pitfall Terrace containing Boots of Hotwalk, however, it is guarded by a Flame Creator.
There's one in Fiery Alcove guarded by Mary Fire.
Pull back 2 levers, then use the Boots of Hotwalk to get to 2 hidden places around the levers (Note: pulling back one lever will not give the user access to more chests and 2 of these chests are Members-only)
Go right from spawn, you'll find Firewatch Road. Then use the Boots of Hotwalk to cross the lava, there is a Member Chest guarded by Blaze, a Cloaked Wizard. It will contain the Dragon Spike Robes. Will not work if the first lever is off.
Outside the Throne Room is a Standard Chest.

Shipwreck Shore[]

Near spawn (Shoreline) is a whirlpool leading to a Member Chest.
Another Member Chest can be found in the Cargo Bay.
Go left of Desolate Deck. You will see a whirlpool leading to Seaweed Sanctuary, which has a chest.
In Dive Dock, there are 3 chests. Only 1 is a real chest (contains Breathing Bubble), while the other 2 are Mimics. All disappear after the first quest.
If you go through the entire shipwreck, you will reach another whirlpool. Although it looks like nothing is there except monsters, don't be fooled. Go all the way to the right and head down, that is where you will see the chest.

Crystal Caverns[]

Before battling Grumpy Yeti, there is a member chest up above guarded by a hidden Crystal Monster.
After defeating Grumpy Yeti, you can climb up the hill to obtain a well-hidden chest.
There is a member chest which you can obtain after defeating Winston Von Loot.
There is a standard chest and a member chest which the user can obtain after defeating Glacias.
Around the end of the Glacias path, you will discover 2 standard chests and 1 member chest.
If you go to the top or bottom paths when you defeat, or before you fight Makalu, you will find a member chest at the top and a normal chest at the bottom.
For the 2nd lever, go left instead in right. There is a Mysterious Writing. Go all the way to the right, where you should find a Member Chest. You can also find a Shivertusk there.
