Membership (Prodigy Math Game)

Membership is an in-game bonus in Prodigy Math Game that grants the player the ability to use almost every every game feature. It is purchased with real money. Memberships in Prodigy include Prodigy Legacy, Prodigy Level-up and Prodigy Ultimate. Prodigy Legacy memberships are no longer purchasable, and can be upgraded to Level Up memberships or Ultimate memberships.

Prodigy Champion's Club[]

A recent update allowed those with a teacher's account to join the Prodigy Champion's Club (a community of teachers) if they have, in the past, created ten assessments and their students have attempted 10,000 questions. Once in the club, teachers can earn points by checking in daily and completing challenges. Points can be traded for free memberships, which are then added to the teacher's account with a set expiry date by a Prodigy administrator.

Available memberships include;

  • Single 1-month membership (redeemable for 500 points)
  • 5 1-month memberships (redeemable for 1700 points)
  • 15 1-month memberships (redeemable for 3000 points)
  • 30 1-month memberships (redeemable for 4000 points)
  • 15 3-month memberships (redeemable for 6000 points)
  • 30 3-month memberships (redeemable for 8000 points)

Share Prodigy[]

A free three-month membership can be obtained by using the "Share Prodigy" button available to users with a teacher's account. The process is written below.

If you have a teacher's account and "Share Prodigy" with another teacher, you will earn a 3-month free membership for one of your students. It only works when you follow the right steps. A way to obtain membership this way is to create a teacher's account. You will have to create a teacher account first by going to Prodigy.com. Click Create a New account, then click Teacher. Apply a real or fake email to it and a fake or real name. Create a username you can remember as well as a password that could be memorized. Add yourself in and wait a few days for the "Share Prodigy" button to show up. Click on the Share Prodigy button, and then send an invite link to another real or fake email (ideally belonging to you). Add a gag student account. If you have a real email and waited approximately three minutes, check the Email address that the invite link was sent to, then follow the link provided in the Email to register another teacher's account. You will be asked to create a class immediately after you register. If you created a fake email, go to the link and just put in the fake info. Check the class code for that class, then create a new student account and join that class. Finish one battle per day for one day with your new student's account. After that day that you battled, check the "Share Prodigy" page in your original teacher's account. If you are lucky, after one or two days, there will be a button next to your list of invites sent that says "Claim Membership". Press that button and give a free 3-month membership to any student in any one of your classes. (Note: only an account that has joined one of your classes can receive a membership.)

History[]

Membership was added to Prodigy when the game was released to the public in 2015 and has changed since.

Trial Membership[]

In version 2.1.2, players were allowed to try a seven-day free trial of Level-up membership if they had a parent account linked to their account.

Trivia[]

  • Although members receive member-only Bounties, they do not appear in Prodigy's membership benefit list.
  • The pet art on the membership pop-up has not been updated.
  • Prodigy's upsell video claims that members get 50% more experience, meaning non-member players receive fewer features overall.
  • For some players, the membership icon has been updated on player cards. This is not available for everyone, however.
  • One prize from Math Contest 2022 involved applying memberships to student accounts.
  • In previous versions, Member-only Rune Runs could be done on top of the non-member ones.
