Wood is the currency of the Floatlings in The Lost Island. After every quest completed for Swoopy, you obtain 12 of these items(2 every monster you defeat and Swoopy asks for 6 monsters, meaning you get 12 wood while doing daily quests). It will later be used in the game for better things.
